Claims Officer Performance Management UVG (all)
This is how you shape health
- Independent handling of benefit cases in the area of compulsory accident insurance according to UVG as well as supplementary insurance according to VVG from A to Z from a single source
- Contact person for corporate clients in a regional area of responsibility
- Independent examination of entitlement to benefits as well as calculation and payment of daily allowances and treatment costs
- Collaboration with internal network partners (including care managers, legal and recourse services)
- Recognising and actively initiating appropriate measures (e.g. assessment by medical network, cooperation with disability insurance)
- Drafting various written correspondence

- Commercial basic training and preferably medical knowledge
- Several years of professional experience in personal insurance (UVG)
- Flexible, resilient, communicative and customer-oriented personality
- Very good oral and written expression in German as well as proficient in handling the MS Office suite and preferably also Syrius
- Networked thinking, commitment and humour
