Production Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Role:
In your role as Controller, you report directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and further developing cost centre accounting including target/actual comparisons and analyses
- Project controlling, post-calculations of projects including variance analysis
- Optimising financial processes in Abacus and IFS
- Preparing reports based on current figures
- Internal control system documentation and monitoring
- Participating in various planning processes as well as budget and forecast
- Project work and various controlling tasks (production/investments/inventory controlling/etc.)
Qualifications:
- Business administration degree with a focus on finance and controlling (Bachelor) or comparable qualification (federal diploma in finance and accounting)
- Understanding of operational processes and systems thinking
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office products (especially Excel)
- Independent and structured working style, high IT and process affinity
- Good communication skills in German (at least C1) and English (at least B2)
