Category Buyer Electronic Components 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Systematically evaluate and further develop international supplier relationships
Analyse market information on availability, prices and risks
Analyse purchasing volumes and derive appropriate sourcing measures
Negotiate terms, conditions and contracts with suppliers
Identify new sources for electronic components
Identify cost-saving potentials and implement corresponding optimisations
Coordinate requirements from production, development and quality in purchasing
Assess suppliers in terms of performance, quality and economic criteria
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial basic training with professional further education
Alternatively, a completed degree related to technology, business or purchasing
Extensive experience in the strategic procurement environment of industry
Practical knowledge in international supplier management
Understanding of electronic components and their procurement markets
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach
Independent and reliable personality with negotiation skills
Fluent German and English
