Your Tasks
In this role, you are part of the technical service team and take on a central role in the support of customer systems in Switzerland.
Carrying out maintenance, repair and service assignments on robotics and automation systems, mostly directly on site at the customer
Analysing and resolving technical faults in mechanical, electrical and control technology components
Technical support for customers as well as advice on service and spare parts matters
Documentation of assignments and feedback in the internal system
Collaboration with internal specialist departments such as engineering, support and spare parts management
Your Profile
Completed technical basic training, for example in the fields of automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical engineering, preferably with further training towards technician/engineer
Experience in technical service, ideally in the field of robotics or industrial automation
Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
Enjoyment of working at the customer’s site as well as willingness for regular field assignments
Very good German skills, good English skills
Confident, professional appearance and strong customer orientation
