System Engineer Infrastructure (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Responsibilities:
- As a system engineer, you take on the operation, maintenance and further development of the Microsoft server and storage infrastructure including Hyper-V clusters and backup systems.
- You are responsible for central virtual server services such as file storage, printing, monitoring and user management.
- In this role, you administer user accounts, security groups and interfaces in Active Directory and Entra ID.
- You manage the Microsoft 365 tenant including Exchange, Teams and SharePoint and implement process automations with the Power Platform.
- As a technical contact person, you ensure 2nd and 3rd level support and coordinate with internal and external partners.
- You pass on your expertise to apprentices and support them practically during their training.
Qualifications:
- You have completed IT training, ideally supplemented by further education at HF level.
- You have several years of professional experience as an IT system engineer with extensive know-how in Microsoft Hyper-V and storage solutions such as HPE.
- You possess sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially M365 and Entra ID; knowledge of Azure is a plus.
- As a communicative and team-oriented professional, you have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- You convince through your solution-oriented working style and your structured approach in complex situations.
- You are enthusiastic about new technologies and enjoy continuous professional development to stay up to date.
