Your new tasks

• Checking and processing daily cash receipts

• Account assignment, scanning, posting and payment of creditor invoices and intercompany invoices

• Efficient handling of reminders and clarifications

• Master data maintenance

• Executing payment runs

• Monitoring the current accounts of affiliated companies

• You provide our external and internal customers with information orally and in writing (email, telephone, in person, MS Teams)

• Assisting with the monthly closing

Your profile

• You have a commercial basic education and further training as an accounting clerk

• 3-4 years of professional experience in accounting

• High resilience and discretion

• You have very good command of the German language, both spoken and written

• French language skills
• SAP knowledge
