Gearbox Assembler for Gear Drives (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Independent assembly of assemblies for special and gear rail drives
- Carrying out assembly work according to technical drawings and specifications
- Assembly, alignment, and setting of bearing units
- Thermal and hydraulic joining of cylindrical and conical press fits
- Mechanical processing of workpieces on conventional lathes
- Performing quality and dimensional checks with suitable measuring instruments
- Ensuring timely and high-quality order processing
- Responsibility for the proper handling of materials, tools, and equipment
- Active participation in the optimisation of assembly processes and workflows
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a machine mechanic, polymechanic, or agricultural machinery mechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Experience in assembling mechanical assemblies or machine components
- Confident handling of technical assembly drawings
- Knowledge in setting bearings and joining press fits is an advantage
- Experience in using measuring instruments and machine operation
- Structured, independent, and quality-conscious working style
- High sense of responsibility in handling materials and work equipment
- Motivated, reliable, and flexible personality with initiative
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
