Handling and analysing complex issues in 2nd level support as well as developing professionally and technically sound solutions
Conducting training for users and partners to ensure safe and efficient use of the Abacus programmes
Creating and maintaining documentation, workflows and best practices for efficient knowledge transfer
Close collaboration with product management and development when testing new functions and reviewing bug fixes
Active participation in the continuous improvement of stability, user-friendliness and practical suitability of the software
Qualifications:
IT affinity: Strong interest in technical contexts and analytical thinking
Business administration: Completed or ongoing education at EFZ, HF or FH level
Working style: Solution-oriented, curious and structured
Process understanding: Good understanding of business processes and interest in their technical functioning
German: Excellent written and spoken skills
