As part of the replacement of the Product Manager, we are looking for someone to manage our portfolio of high-tech products and contribute to their strategic development. In collaboration with the sales, technical and operational teams, they will transform market needs into efficient and competitive solutions.

Your responsibilities

By taking charge of the following activities, you will be able to develop your potential and contribute to our success:

• Strategic management: Define the product strategy, manage the roadmap and position the solutions against the market and competition.
• Lifecycle management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end of life, translating customer needs into concrete specifications.
• Market & customer needs analysis: Monitor trends, analyse the competition, identify opportunities and build tailored value propositions.
• Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with sales, engineering, production, supply chain, quality, customer service and the PMO.
• Commercial support: Contribute to go-to-market strategies, support sales teams and participate in client presentations and trade shows.
• Innovation & product excellence: Promote innovation, identify key technologies and ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

Your expertise

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in mechanical, industrial, microtechnology engineering or equivalent field.
• Additional training in Product Management or business management is an asset.
• Proven experience in a Product Management, Business Development or technical project management role.
• Experience in a B2B industrial environment with a strong technological component.
• Good understanding of industrial systems and precision technologies.
• Very good level of French and English (German is an asset)
