Academic background in nursing science, human medicine, public health or psychology
Professional experience in an inpatient healthcare facility is a prerequisite, ideally related to infection prevention
Knowledge of implementation methods including qualitative data collection and analysis as well as project management
Interest in patient safety, infectiology and infection-preventive topics or willingness for targeted further training
Strong advisory competence, interprofessional communication skills, a high degree of personal responsibility, self-organisation and structured working methods

Collaboration in an interprofessional team with medical and scientific perspectives, embedded in a transparent, role-based organisational model with great scope for design and high personal responsibility
