Responsibilities:

• You create transparency regarding personnel numbers, FTE, personnel costs and HR key figures and are responsible for their meaningful preparation and analysis.

• In collaboration with Finance and HR, you support closing, planning and forecasting processes as well as reporting for management and the board of directors.

• You comment on financial and personnel developments, identify deviations and need for action, and develop reliable decision-making bases.

• For continuous improvement, you further develop reporting structures, data models and key figure systems and ensure consistent data across HR, payroll and financial systems.

• As a sparring partner, you support position and resource planning and derive concrete measures from productivity analyses.

Qualifications:

• A solid university-level education in finance, controlling, business administration or HR management forms your professional foundation.

• You bring many years of professional experience in controlling.

• With your understanding of personnel costs, forecasts and budget planning as well as your strong affinity for numbers, you recognise connections and potentials.

• You work confidently with Excel, ERP and HR systems as well as BI and reporting solutions and prepare complex data understandably for different stakeholders.

• You have impeccable German language skills, both spoken and written.
