Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the technical architecture and implementation of demanding IT infrastructure projects
- Leadership and professional mentoring of an experienced engineering team
- Planning and implementation of modern Microsoft and cloud technologies (Azure, M365, Windows Server, Security, Network, Backup)
- Interface management between technology and business – customer consulting and development of practical IT strategies
- Ensuring timely and budget-compliant project implementation with consistently high quality
Our Requirements
- Several years of experience in a comparable position as Lead Engineer or Senior Systems Engineer with leadership responsibility
- Solid technical know-how in Microsoft and cloud technologies (M365, Azure, Windows Server, Networks, Security)
- Proven experience as an architect and project manager of complex IT landscapes
- Ideally, further IT education or relevant certifications
- High degree of independence, entrepreneurial thinking, and enthusiasm for innovation
- Very good German and English skills
