About the job
Your Tasks
- Ensuring daily operations in the processes of patient admission (case management) as well as outpatient and inpatient billing (complete and timely billing of all services provided)
- Leading and further developing the merged Patient Administration Backoffice team (around 30 employees)
- Developing employees into specialist experts
- Introducing and expanding AI agents to improve quality and optimise processes
- Establishing the new team as a partner organisation for internal stakeholders such as clinics or other support organisations
Your Profile
- Leadership experience of a team with at least 15 people (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills, decisive, leads clearly and appreciatively
- Experience in process management
- Experience in change and digitalisation projects as well as openness to automation & AI in everyday work
- Experience in healthcare, ideally in patient administration (highly desirable)
- Qualification HF/FH in business administration as well as further training in leadership topics
