Corporate Sales Director (m/f/d) 100%
Location: Dietikon and Geneva
Your mission:
Your mission is to strategically further develop and sustainably strengthen our corporate customer business. You take overall responsibility for the Corporate Accounts area with around 60 employees and shape the future direction of our Corporate Sales division with clear leadership and strategic foresight. In doing so, you develop a performance-oriented, customer-focused sales culture and drive sustainable growth as well as long-term partnerships.
What you can achieve with us:
- Overall management of the Corporate Accounts department with 6 Direct Reports at two locations
- Strategic further development of the Corporate Sales Switzerland department
- Participation in the management team and close cooperation with the Global Accounts Director
- Planning and control of budget, KPIs, forecasts, headcount, and training structures
- Analysis of market and competitive trends as well as identification of growth potentials
- Building, developing, and motivating high-performance sales teams
- Support and expansion of strategic key accounts as well as acquisition of new major customers
- Leading demanding sales negotiations at the executive level
- Implementation of best practices and ensuring efficient sales processes
Your strengths and achievements:
- University degree in business administration or comparable education
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the FMCG environment
- Several years of leadership experience (at least 5 years) in larger sales organizations
- Proven success in customer development, sales leadership, and organizational development
- High communication and negotiation skills, pronounced entrepreneurial thinking
- Ability to inspire teams, lead change, and operate in dynamic markets
- French language skills at a good level (B2)
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (up to 3 days per week)
- Very good MS Office and CRM skills
