The Hotel Eden Roc is located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore and belongs to the "Swiss Deluxe Hotels" and the "Leading Hotels of the World" as a 5-star superior luxury hotel. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," it has been awarded multiple times as the best holiday hotel in Switzerland. The hotel features 95 luxurious guest rooms and suites, four restaurants including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars, as well as the 2000 m² Eden Roc Spa. The extensive garden with a private bathing beach, panoramic boat jetty, and marina is complemented by a versatile water sports offer, a water ski and sailing school, as well as boat rental.

🎯 YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in the same or a comparable position
• German and English required, any additional language an advantage
• Strong service mindset, organisational talent
• Friendly demeanour, politeness towards guests
• Well-groomed appearance

📄 YOUR TASKS

• Management of the Reservations Department
• Active sales of all services and products
• Upselling and cross-selling of rooms, F&B outlets, spa and extra services
• Receipt and processing of enquiries, offers and reservations
• Ensuring the 24-hour processing deadline including ensuring department coverage 7 days a week
• Deputising for the Revenue Manager
• Management of room contingents on all sales channels
• Hub function between reservation and the departments Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage, Spa and Marketing
• Preparation of reports, statistics and analyses
• Cost control as well as measures to increase sales and optimise costs
• Ensuring internal and external information flow
• Training, promotion and motivation of employees
• Participation in recruitment in cooperation with Human Resources
• Monitoring and optimisation of operational processes according to quality and safety standards
• Receipt and processing of feedback, complaints and requests
• Market and trend observation
