Your Impact with Us

In this role, you are the central interface between our brokers, the insurance and pension advisors, and our customers.

You support our brokers as a direct and competent contact person. Your diverse range of tasks includes preparing quotes, processing tenders and applications, as well as coordinating with our specialist departments.

Furthermore, you are in direct contact with our customers, answering their enquiries and ensuring professional and service-oriented care.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in the insurance sector
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry
• High service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
• Sales- and customer-oriented as well as independent personality
• Fluent German skills, additional languages are a plus

In the successful and steadily growing General Agency Burgdorf, an exciting position awaits you in a motivated team. The start date is 01.01.2027 or by arrangement. The workplace is centrally located in Burgdorf - 16 minutes by public transport from Bern. The workload is negotiable from 80% and working from home is possible 1-2 days a week.
