For our long-standing client in the Greater Zurich area, we are looking for a clerk with banking experience.

Tasks

• Telephone and written contact with customers in German, English, French
• Responsible for clarifications and follow-ups
• Collaboration with authorities, independent handling of complaints
• Project participation in process optimisations

Requirements

• Completed banking apprenticeship
• German at native speaker level, very good foreign language skills
• Solid knowledge of French
• Initial professional experience in customer service
