• You lead, motivate and develop your team and ensure good collaboration

• You ensure reliable goods preparation and timely branch delivery

• You keep an eye on deadlines, quality and productivity and ensure efficient processes

• You identify potential for improvement and further develop processes together with your team

• You actively help shape the setup and further development of our cross-docking

• You pitch in when it matters and find pragmatic solutions for unexpected challenges

• You contribute your ideas and enjoy developing our logistics step by step

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience in logistics and ideally already leadership experience

• You enjoy organising, prioritising and keeping an overview even in hectic situations

• You see change as an opportunity and enjoy further developing things

• You enjoy working with people, communicate clearly and lead with appreciation

• You take responsibility and do not postpone decisions unnecessarily

• You are open to digitalisation, AI and new ways of working

• You enjoy working in a family-like environment where your ideas and commitment count
