Chief of Staff – Strategy & Transformation (CEO Office)
Position Overview
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to support the CEO in driving strategic priorities and transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Acting as a strategic partner and integrator, the Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to ensure alignment across the business, coordinate key initiatives, and drive execution on high-impact projects.
This position offers exceptional exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Office & Strategic Coordination

Support the CEO in structuring and managing key strategic priorities.

Ensure alignment across leadership teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Identify blockers, connect stakeholders, and ensure progress on critical initiatives.
Transformation & Strategic Initiatives

Coordinate and support major company transformation programmes.

Track progress of strategic initiatives and ensure visibility across the organisation.

Develop dashboards, reports and executive briefings for leadership.
Executive & Board Engagement

Support the preparation of executive meetings and board-level materials.

Structure strategic narratives and ensure alignment with the CEO's priorities.

Translate complex topics into clear, decision-ready insights.
Special Projects

Lead or support high-impact strategic projects directly on behalf of the CEO.

Mobilise cross-functional teams to deliver on key initiatives.
Required experience
-
5–7 years of experience in strategy consulting or transformation consulting

Experience supporting or leading company-wide transformation initiatives
-
Fluent in English; French is a plus

Strong exposure to senior leadership or C-level stakeholders
- Strong consulting background
Nice to have

Experience in technology companies or technology transformation projects

Experience working in international or complex organisational environments
- Executive and board-level governance.
- Cross-functional coordination and rigorous follow-up.
- Strategic initiatives and transformation programmes.
- University degree required
- Background in business, management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- International exposure and experience in complex, matrix organisations is a strong asset.
