What is my role?

In this position, the expert advice and support of companies and employees in all occupational medical matters is central. This includes the conduct of occupational medical preventive examinations and assessments as well as the identification of workplace-related health risks and the recommendation of suitable preventive measures. Close interdisciplinary collaboration with specialists in occupational safety as well as mental and physical health is also part of the role, as is the professional co-development of customer-specific concepts, training, and health projects. Furthermore, the compliance with relevant quality and documentation standards is ensured.

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, we are looking for a medical professional with a recognised Swiss medical diploma or MEBEKO recognition, ideally with experience in occupational medicine, prevention, or corporate health management. You convince through consulting skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and enjoyment of contact with companies as well as through an independent and structured way of working. Very good German language skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
