Lean Management Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Development and anchoring of Lean Management in the company

• Analysis of processes and implementation of targeted improvement measures

• Coaching of managers and employees in Lean methods

• Management and support of cross-departmental projects

• Responsibility for audits, reviews and the implementation of resulting measures

• Development of training and sustainable empowerment of teams

• Active work with key figures and data-based control of improvement initiatives

• Optimisation of processes regarding efficiency, quality and hygiene

What do I need to be successful?

• Training in the food sector, commercial or technical (HF/FH advantageous)

• Experience in Lean Management and process optimisation

• Practical experience in implementing improvement projects

• Ideally SAP knowledge (MM, PP, CO)

• Very good MS Office skills, Power BI advantageous

• Fluent German and French, both written and spoken (English advantageous)

• Analytical thinking, initiative and a structured way of working

• Enjoy coaching people and supporting change
