Managing Director (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the operational business as well as the strategic development of the company
• Leadership and further development of the approximately 10-member team
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the areas of production, sales and administration
• Active acquisition of new customers
• Responsibility for budget and key figures
• Project management and coordination of events as well as representative external appearances
• Contact person for employees, customers, suppliers and external partners

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in a management or leadership role
• Experience in the food industry, ideally in bakery, gastronomy or production environment
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• High social competence and enjoyment of staff management
• Structured, responsible and independent way of working
