About the job
Your tasks
- You carry out in-depth technical analyses and diagnostics on engines, hydraulic components and systems
- You identify and assess the causes of damage in close collaboration with our workshop teams and technical specialists
- You write detailed and documented technical reports following your expertise and investigations
- You provide support to internal and external customers as well as to our partners to answer their technical questions and tackle complex technical challenges
- You actively identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the continuous development of our products, processes and quality standards
Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a mechanic or mechatronics technician in the fields of automotive, heavy goods vehicles, construction machinery or agricultural machinery
- You have completed additional training as a diagnostician or are willing to obtain the corresponding diploma
- You have several years of professional experience and possess a strong interest in technical diagnostics and fault finding
- You have excellent knowledge of German. Knowledge of English is an asset, and proficiency in French is an additional advantage
- You are proficient in MS Office tools
- You demonstrate autonomy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility, and you enjoy working in a team
