YOUR TASKS

• Strategic and professional development of nursing at Klinik Im Park, in close cooperation with the nursing management, taking into account the nursing orientation at group level
• Professional leadership of the nursing service and management of the nursing specialist group
• Development, implementation and monitoring of guidelines and standards
• Planning, control and implementation of nursing and interprofessional projects
• Representation of nursing development in internal clinic and group-wide committees
• Close collaboration with managers as well as advising, coaching and enabling specialist managers and nursing teams

YOUR PROFILE

• Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) or on the way to obtaining it
• Sound knowledge in evidence-based nursing as well as in quality and care development and clinical process optimisation
• Strategic thinking skills, strong organisational ability and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration
• High communication skills, leadership competence and a strong sense of responsibility
• Enthusiasm for innovation, digitalisation and active participation in change processes
