On behalf of our client, we are looking for
Customer Advisor 60-100% (m/f/d)
Main tasks:
- Telephone advice and support for customers in German and preferably French (additional languages are an advantage)
- You provide information
- Answer emails
- Record customer orders in the system and create confirmations
- Administrative tasks
Qualifications
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector, retail or similar
- Native German speaker with knowledge of French or Italian and/or English
- Availability 24/7 including weekends
- You are looking for an entry into the commercial sector or are a school leaver
- You are upbeat, motivated and looking for a cool position in a cool company
