Description
We are looking for our "CVSER Works Management" department in Lausanne and/or Fribourg, particularly for a project in Bulle:
CVSER Execution Manager (M/F)
Your profile:
Engineering degree in the field of building or building techniques training, preferably completed with higher education (HES/ES Engineer, federal certificate/diploma or equivalent training)
At least 8 years of experience in the construction field, including at least 5 years in the execution monitoring of CVSER lots, preferably in a general/total contracting company or in works management
At least one significant experience in a large project with a similar role and team management function
Interest in complex and/or large-scale CVSER projects (Industrial, etc.)
Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, ideally MS Project)
Strong organizational, planning, and anticipation skills
Communication skills, collaborative spirit, and mutual assistance
Adaptability, flexibility, autonomy, and solution-oriented
Holder of a driver's license and mobile (presence on site)
BIM knowledge is an asset.
Your function:
Responsible for quality, costs, deadlines, and safety
Team manager role: managing and supporting a team of CVSER site managers through the different project phases (execution preparation, execution monitoring, commissioning, acceptance by the client, acceptance by authorities, etc.)
Proactive in proposing and implementing operational processes on a large project (reporting, organizational evolution according to project needs, etc.)
Managing the relationship with architectural works management, contractors, and the client
Periodic reporting to management (financial, planning, quality, etc.)
