(Senior) Consultant Executive Search

Your Challenge

You independently manage demanding executive search mandates and accompany our clients throughout the entire search and selection process. You understand business models and requirements, identify suitable personalities and assess candidates thoroughly and on an equal footing. In doing so, you work closely with our experienced consulting team and professional in-house research. You further develop existing client relationships, expand your network and make an active contribution to acquiring new mandates. Depending on experience and interest, you also contribute as a co-assessor in our assessments. Professional processes, a powerful infrastructure, short decision-making paths and a strong team provide you with the environment to work successfully and develop further.

Your Profile

You have a solid higher education and several years of experience in executive search. You know the Swiss market very well and are familiar with direct approach as well as the evaluation of executives. You think entrepreneurially, work independently and quickly find your way in different companies, industries and functions. With your general knowledge, your instinct for people and your communication skills, you convince clients and candidates alike. You are sociable, reliable and persistent, enjoy client development and acquisition, and have a high standard of quality. You are proficient in German and English.
