Dispatcher in the Alarm Centre 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are the central control point in our alarm centre and ensure that everything runs smoothly in an emergency

• You receive emergency calls and alarm notifications and assess their urgency

• You coordinate the deployment of rescue teams, security services or technicians

• You keep an overview even in stressful situations and make quick decisions

• You carefully document all processes in our system

• You are in constant contact with on-site personnel and pass on important information

• You work in shifts to ensure our alarm centre is staffed around the clock

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training, ideally in security, communication or a comparable qualification

• Experience in emergency call handling, control centre or security sector is an advantage

• Strong communication skills and a clear, articulate manner of expression

• Stress resistance and the ability to work calmly and in a structured way even in hectic situations

• Quick comprehension and decisiveness

• Confident handling of modern communication and control technology

• Willingness to work shifts (including nights, weekends and public holidays)

• Reliability and a sense of responsibility
