Senior Modern Workplace Engineer with Team Leadership (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the global workplace and service strategy as well as the further development of modern workplace solutions.
Leading the workplace team and coordinating with IT operations, security, infrastructure and business applications.
Standardisation, modernisation and lifecycle management of end devices, collaboration services and workplace platforms.
Optimising ITSM, service quality and user experience through automation, self-service and standardised operating models.
Translating business requirements into scalable workplace services as well as managing international projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Higher education in the IT field as well as several years of experience in workplace management, IT service delivery or IT operations.
Proven leadership or management experience in international and cross-departmental IT structures.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, endpoint management, collaboration and modern workplace security concepts.
Experience with ITSM, service design, KPI-based service management and continuous service improvement.
Very good German and English skills, strong stakeholder management and willingness to travel internationally.
