As part of the development of our Tea Room LALILALO, we are looking for a Barista to join our team.

Your mission

You will be particularly responsible for:

• Preparing and serving various coffee specialties and hot drinks
• Mastering coffee preparation and extraction techniques
• Ensuring table service and welcoming customers
• Advising customers and assisting them in their choices
• Ensuring a neat and elegant presentation of drinks
• Maintaining consistent quality of products and service
• Participating in the setup and smooth running of the Tea Room
• Ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of equipment, workstation, and dining area
• Contributing to providing a warm and attentive customer experience

Your profile

• Experience as a Barista, ideally in a quality establishment
• Good knowledge of coffee and its preparation
• Experience or interest in table service
• Particular sensitivity to quality, precision, and presentation
• Dynamic, friendly, and comfortable with customers
• Organised, autonomous, and rigorous
• Team spirit and excellent presentation
• Training in coffee or hospitality is an advantage
• Mastery of Latte Art is a plus
