Through its companies Accès Personnel, Integraal IT, Integraal Solutions, Integraal Data Services, Integraal Partners and Integraal Conseils, the group supports its clients in their growth and transformation projects in the fields of human resources, IT and insurance consulting.

For our Accès Personnel Geneva branch, we are looking for a 100% Personnel Consultant (M/F) – Industry & Watchmaking sector.

Specifically, our clients mainly entrust us with temporary staffing needs for production roles. Their expectation? To find the right person, in the right place, at the right time. Ideally, a little before they call us.

Our role?

To bring together two needs: those of our clients and those of our candidates.

To do this, we communicate, listen, ask questions and get to know each individual’s background. A CV tells a story, but it is the interviews, exchanges and assessments that allow us to find the right match.

A multifaceted profession

We are not exactly HR... but a bit nonetheless. We recruit, support and employ our temporary staff, with all that this entails in terms of contracts and legal framework.

We are not exactly salespeople... but a bit nonetheless. Developing your network, meeting companies, understanding their challenges and finding suitable solutions is also part of our daily work.

Specifically, your tasks will be:

• Creating a genuine closeness with your clients and understanding their needs
• Searching for candidates through various channels
• Writing and publishing job offers
• Conducting interviews and organising tests
• Identifying skills, but also the little details that make all the difference
• Presenting candidates to clients and supporting them during their assignments
• Preparing files, drafting contracts and ensuring administrative follow-up

To succeed in our team, you need to:

• Be curious about others, enjoy talking, listening and building bridges
• Have an excellent sense of service

• Have an excellent memory – no omega-3 level checks will be carried out though
• Be persistent: do, undo, start again... and sometimes succeed
• Know how to manage frustration, because our job also involves more "no" than "yes"
• Show consistency, discipline and organisation
• Have a sense of humour – essential for long-term endurance and especially for working with us

Experience in recruitment, sales or customer relations is a plus, but not essential. What we are looking for above all is a personality with a genuine interest in personnel placement. Knowledge of the industry or watchmaking is appreciated but not mandatory.

And in terms of technical skills:

• Perfect command of French, both spoken and written
• Great ease with IT tools, because the job also involves about 50% of the time behind a screen
