We move the railway! The Rail Production division is responsible for ensuring that SBB Passenger Transport trains run safely and economically. We are looking for support for our team in the Traffic Control Center Mitte. Your workplace is located at Bollwerk 10 in Bern. We offer you a varied, challenging and exciting job that will help you develop personally and professionally.

This is what you can achieve.

• In this exciting position, you are responsible for the operational day-to-day business of the customer support staff deployments in a 24-hour shift operation.
• Together with a team, you ensure a proper and stable operational process by managing customer support.
• To ensure a stable process, you coordinate tasks with various partners and third parties.
• You work with different IT systems, especially the planning system SOPRE.

• You are motivated to work in a 24-hour shift operation.
• You are a team-oriented, proactive and creative personality with a systematic working style and very good communication skills.
• You combine your networked, analytical thinking with your flair for solution-oriented work and various IT systems.
• For this position, you have completed vocational training combined with professional experience in the dispatch area or in the railway sector.
• You communicate fluently in German or French (at least level C1) and have good basic knowledge (at least level A2) of the other language. In addition, you have basic knowledge of Italian.
