We are looking for a

Pharmaceutical Assistant 70 - 100% starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

Exciting challenges await you

• Serving outpatient and discharged inpatient patients at the patient counter (prescription only)
• Preparing 24-hour medication for wards
• Ensuring the supply of medicines and medical products to all departments
• Placing supplier orders, checking and processing goods deliveries, and handling supplier invoices
• Providing information and advice to doctors and nursing staff
• Checking expiry dates, controlled substances, antidotes, and storage conditions
• Managing supply shortages
• Contributing to process optimisation including ward inspections
• Supervising and guiding interns and trainees (e.g. FaGe trainees)

What makes you suitable for the job

• Training as a pharmaceutical assistant or druggist
• Work experience in a hospital pharmacy is an advantage
• Social skills and quality awareness
• Service orientation and enjoyment of patient contact
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office programmes
