What you can achieve

Develop the Bichsel brand together with the marketing team and actively shape its future positioning
Drive the rebranding operationally and ensure a consistent CI/CD appearance across various offerings and touchpoints
Plan and implement classic marketing and communication measures from idea to execution
You coordinate trade fairs, congresses, customer events, sponsorship activities as well as internal events and employee measures
Develop brochures, presentations, sales documents and other promotional materials to effectively support sales and specialist departments
You manage agencies, printing companies and other production partners while reliably keeping an eye on budget, deadlines and quality

Training or further education in marketing, communication or a comparable field
Several years of experience in operational marketing and brand management, ideally in a brand-oriented environment
Experience in rebranding or positioning projects, ideally combined with know-how in change management
Confidence in using PowerPoint and a strong sense for a professional brand appearance
A hands-on mentality combined with conceptual strength, organisational talent and high quality standards
Fluent German skills as well as good English skills, French skills are a plus
