Job Description
The central secretariat of the Directorate General for Childhood and Youth (DGEJ) is looking for a unit secretary to complete its team in Renens.
Responsibilities
- Handle telephone reception for the central secretariat, monitor the service's generic email inbox, and welcome users from the sectors and units in Renens;
- Contribute to the organisation and operation of the central secretariat, as well as various logistical aspects related to the Renens site;
- Place orders for furniture, business cards, and identification badges for the entire service and manage the supplies for all units on site;
- Manage the archives of the entire service and digitise documents

Qualifications
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification;
- Training as an assistant at the Vaud cantonal archives is desirable;
- Three years of professional experience in a secretariat with reception duties, as well as managing supplies and archives;
- Ability to work in a team and excellent customer orientation;
- Respect for confidentiality and discretion regarding service users;
- Excellent command of IT tools and good learning ability;
Disclosure of any criminal record is required for this position.
