Industrial Cutting Setter (M/F)

We are looking for a:

Your tasks:

• Prepare, assemble and adjust cold cutting tools on our mechanical and hydraulic presses
• Ensure production start-ups, and support operators in mastering instructions and best practices
• Manage and adjust cutting process parameters to guarantee production quality and performance
• Master settings, tooling wear management as well as lubrication
• Control the quality of cut parts, identify defects (tears, cracks or surface defects) and adjust production parameters accordingly
• Optimise campaign changes by applying SMED principles
• Diagnose tooling and process issues, and ensure first-level maintenance
• Ensure restoration and recovery of the production station at the end of the series
• Independently manage consumables and wear parts
• Perform self-inspection, and carry out production and quality monitoring records
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smoothness and efficiency of operations

Your profile:

• Training in tooling mechanics
• Proven experience in industrial setting and cutting, ideally on non-ferrous materials
• Excellent mastery of assembling and adjusting cutting tools on mechanical and/or hydraulic presses
• Very good understanding of cutting processes and conditions
• Ability to read and analyse a cut part, identify defects and make necessary corrections
• Good knowledge of tooling and ability to perform technical diagnostics
• Ability to support operators and convey technical instructions
