Join the adventure of the first Denner distribution centre in French-speaking Switzerland! As an order preparation team leader, you guide your teams, optimise workflows, and ensure quality and timely delivery. Every action makes a difference and helps keep Denner's heart beating.

Important notes: Hours Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, about 6 Saturdays to manage peaks related to public holidays.

What you accomplish

• Lead, both humanly and professionally, a team of 20 to 25 employees
• Ensure smooth process operations and contribute to implementing the continuous improvement cycle in operational activities
• Support employee development and conduct performance reviews as well as annual skills assessments
• Encourage and develop interdepartmental collaboration within the distribution centre
• Provide active support in daily activities, such as coordinating orders and conducting inventories
• Participate in specific projects

What you bring

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialisation: in logistics, complemented by a federal specialist certificate in logistics
• Professional experience: 3-5 years in a comparable role
• Experience managing a large team, team spirit and flexibility
• Process-oriented and cross-functional thinking and action
• A thoughtful, structured and rigorous working method
• Proficiency in MS Office and various logistics tools
• French (C1)
• German (A1)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
