Role:
In this position, you plan and coordinate demanding building automation projects for technically complex systems and modern building concepts. You develop intelligent automation and control solutions, accompany projects through all planning and realisation phases, and ensure smooth integration into the overall planning. You work closely with various disciplines and make a significant contribution to energy-efficient and future-oriented building technology.
Responsibilities:
Planning and development of building automation solutions for technically demanding construction projects
Development of automation, control and MSR concepts for energy and building technology systems
Planning of control strategies for heating, cooling, energy and building management systems
Creation and maintenance of data point lists, function descriptions and technical planning documents
Accompanying projects from concept development through tendering and execution planning to commissioning
Close collaboration with specialist planners from the fields of HVAC, electrical engineering and architecture
Ensuring technical coordination and integration of automation systems into the overall project
Support in optimising energy-efficient and sustainable building solutions
Participation in the further development of modern automation standards and innovative technologies
Qualifications:
Completed studies as a FH/University Engineer or higher professional training in the field of HVAC, electrical engineering, automation or a comparable discipline
Several years of experience in building automation, ideally in technical planning
Sound knowledge in the development and implementation of MSR and automation concepts
Understanding of complex building technology systems and energy management systems
Experience working with interdisciplinary planning teams
Interest in innovative technologies, digitalisation and energy-efficient building solutions
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong personal responsibility, teamwork and communication skills
Good English skills advantageous
Fluent German skills
