Role:
Our client is an established Swiss industrial company for high-precision manufacturing solutions. You are the central expert for 3D metrology, ensure reliable testing processes and work closely with production and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
Program, set up and calibrate 3D measuring systems
Develop measurement programmes for complex precision components
Conduct series inspections and initial sampling
Evaluate measurement results and document quality data
Continuously improve testing procedures and process capability
Support manufacturing teams with metrological questions
Qualifications:
Technical training in polymechanics, toolmaking or machining
Several years of experience with coordinate measuring machines
Solid knowledge in 3D measurement programming
Confident handling of form and position tolerances / ISO GPS
Further training in AUKOM or equivalent
Very good German language skills and strong quality orientation
