Job Description

• Responsibility for the precise planning and execution of installation projects
• Motivating leadership and development of a team
• Monitoring budgets and schedules for assigned projects
• Consulting and supporting our customers
• Project controlling and continuous process optimisation
• Ensuring timely handover to customers
• Close collaboration with site management and planners
• Preparation and adjustment of quotations and additional orders
• Preparation of partial and final invoices
• Acquisition of additional contracts

We Expect

• Completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ or electrical planner EFZ
• Planned or completed further training as an electrical project manager installation and safety (federal certificate of competence) or electrical installation and safety expert HFP
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing employees
• Strong technical understanding and good MS Office skills
• High level of social competence, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
• Analytical thinking and networked action
• High customer and service orientation
• Team-oriented, solution-focused, resilient, and flexible personality with confident demeanour and good manners
