This is what your versatile working day looks like

• You support the field sales team with administrative and organisational tasks.
• You assist our customers by phone, at the counter, and in writing.
• You arrange and coordinate customer appointments for the field sales team.
• You prepare quotations and handle correspondence as well as simple evaluations.
• You process applications and support the field sales team in daily business.
• You work closely with internal specialist departments and headquarters.
• You actively participate in the team and thus contribute to ensuring smooth operations.

This is what you bring to this role

• You have completed a commercial education or hold a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience in internal sales, ideally in the insurance or financial sector.
• You distinguish yourself through a high level of service and customer-oriented working style.
• You work independently, reliably, and carefully.
• You are a team player and enjoy collaboration.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
• You have the VBV certification or are willing to obtain it.
