CNC Setter (m/f/d)

You set up injection moulding machines for various productions and ensure their optimal function
You monitor the production process and the quality of the manufactured parts
You carry out maintenance and adjustment work on the machines
You document machine parameters, production data and test protocols
You optimise setup times, processes and material usage
You work closely with production, quality assurance and engineering
You ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, plastics technician or equivalent
Experience in operating and setting up injection moulding machines
Knowledge of process optimisation, machine parameters and quality control
Independent, careful and solution-oriented working style
Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
Willingness to work shifts
