We are in the midst of an exciting digitalisation process to design our systems and processes with a future-oriented approach. To support our IT department, we are looking for a committed and versatile personality as an IT Supporter (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Telephone and technical support for our cash register systems
• Handling inquiries and faults via telephone, e-mail, and remote access
• Analysis and resolution of technical problems
• Support with installation and setup of cash register and payment systems
• Documentation of support cases

Your profile

• Training in the field of computer science, ICT support, or comparable experience
• Enjoyment of customer contact and telephone consultation
• Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, and networks
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills
