We offer training places for the following study models:
- Full-time study from March 2026
- Shortened study for FaGe EFZ from September 2026
- Part-time study (80%) for career changers from August 2026

What you will learn with us
- Comprehensive care and support of our residents
- Taking on the role of key contact person
- Management and documentation of the care process
- Implementation of treatment nursing measures
- Leading case discussions and nursing teams
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
What you bring with you
- A completed three-year initial training (for the shortened study: FaGe EFZ)
- Enjoyment in working with people and practical work
- Team spirit, willingness to learn and ability to reflect
- Willingness to work irregular hours
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
