For an export-oriented Swiss manufacturer active in special machine construction, we are looking for you as a Team Leader Technical Documentation.
The Technical Documentation is an important element in the service-oriented basic attitude of the company and demonstrates high market conformity.
You bring experience in Technical Documentation and want to actively shape processes? You enjoy leading a small team and are interested in modern editorial systems as well as digital solutions? Then this position could be just right for you.
Daily Business
- Leadership & development of a small editorial team
- Creation, maintenance & optimisation of Technical Documentation
- Planning & coordination of editorial tasks
- Introduction & further development of modern editorial systems
- Collaboration on CE, standards & compliance topics
- Cooperation with development, product management & other specialist departments
Background
- Degree or training in Technical Communication, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
- Experience in technical editing
- Initial leadership experience or ambitions for the next career step
- Knowledge of editorial systems as well as interest in digital tools and AI
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
