We are looking for you!
You will strengthen a dynamic and technically skilled team in customer service. As the technical hub between our customers, service technicians and internal departments, you will use your expertise to ensure that our 5-axis machining centres run reliably at our customers’ sites.
Your main tasks include:
- First-level support by telephone as well as analysis of technical faults on our 5-axis machining centres
- Technical support of service technicians and scheduling of service assignments (no personnel management).
- Coordination of technical solutions with customers, internal departments and suppliers
- Control engineering optimisation of drive systems and machine functions
- Systematic fault finding on electrical components (machine control and software)
- Active participation and continuous optimisation of our service processes
Your profile:
- You communicate confidently and precisely in German, both spoken and written
- Completed training as a polymechanic or in a comparable technical profession, supplemented by several years of experience in automation or mechanical engineering
- Sound PLC knowledge, ideally in machine or tool machine construction
- Experience with Heidenhain and/or Siemens controls
- Good IT and computer skills
- Enjoy direct customer contact and solving demanding technical challenges
- Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
Additional qualifications you bring:
- Good French and/or English skills
- Experience in automation and/or electrical engineering is welcome
