Role:

In this role, as Head of Finance, you take responsibility for precise OR financial statements, transparent reporting, and stable financial processes. You are responsible for key areas of financial accounting and ensure seamless integration with the controlling of the group parent company. You use your analytical strength and attention to detail to create reliable decision-making bases and drive continuous process optimisations. Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for ongoing financial accounting in accounts receivable and payable, including verification, coding, booking, payment transactions, and reconciliations.
• In this role, you prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and perform accruals, provisions, and account reconciliations.
• You manage reporting and controlling through group reporting, KPI tracking, management evaluations, and ad-hoc analyses.
• As Head of Finance, you plan and monitor liquidity, prepare forecasts, analyse variances, and derive appropriate measures.
• You coordinate payroll processes, prepare salary and wage statements, and review expense and travel cost reports.
• In this role, you support tax and regulatory requirements, accompany audits, and are responsible for efficient dunning processes including communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or degree with a focus on accounting/finance.
• Confidence in financial statement preparation according to OR and several years of solid practical experience in financial accounting.
• Proficient use of ERP and accounting systems (e.g. Topal).
• Proven strength in multitasking: you manage several processes simultaneously, set priorities, and ensure clean handovers.
• High punctuality even under time pressure, accustomed to tight closing deadlines with consistently high quality.
• Strong ownership mindset with proactive identification of process and automation potentials as well as a structured, precise, and reliable working style; fluent German (C1-B2), good English (B2).
