Your missions
- Participate in the management of trademark and design files across multiple jurisdictions and ensure the follow-up of associated procedures.
- Conduct and coordinate searches, filings, renewals and defence procedures of intellectual property rights.
- Ensure the updating and reliability of data in tools and databases dedicated to intellectual property.
- Work closely with intellectual property consulting firms and various internal stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the department, notably in document management and digitisation of files.
Your profile / Education
- Higher education, ideally in a legal, administrative field or related to intellectual property.
- A specialisation or knowledge in intellectual property is an asset.
Your strengths
- Experience in the field of intellectual property, particularly in managing trademarks and designs (searches, filings, renewals, oppositions).
- Excellent ability to manage deadlines, handle multiple files simultaneously and ensure rigorous follow-up.
- Very good writing skills and proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team spirit, interpersonal ease and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactivity, autonomy and initiative in file management.
