You order raw materials, packaging and consumables as required.
You compare and negotiate supplier conditions in ongoing purchasing.
Coordinating external manufacturing orders is also part of your duties.
You keep master data for suppliers and items up to date in the ERP system.
You handle invoice discrepancies and complaints directly with the responsible departments.
You coordinate procurement processes with internal departments and external service providers.
You actively participate in purchasing projects and process adjustments.
You independently carry out administrative tasks in purchasing.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial apprenticeship and several years of experience in operational purchasing.
Professional experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
You work confidently with ERP systems and MS Office, ideally with SAP.
You conduct negotiations with suppliers in a factual and goal-oriented manner.
You are characterised by a structured and independent way of working.
You keep an overview even with multiple procurement processes.
You work reliably in exchange with internal and external contacts.
You have very good German skills as well as good English skills.
