Founded in 1896, the St-Joseph Home is a Medical-Social Establishment welcoming Elderly People, with a capacity of 138 long-stay beds and 4 short-stay beds, organised into six departments. The institution employs over 190 people, including 120 in the care sector, while maintaining a human dimension, we promote individualised care. Members of AVALEMS & the Association Together Against Pain, practising the Clown Relational Auguste™ approach.

Your profile

• Diploma in nursing recognised by the Red Cross
• Experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics is an asset
• Knowledge of computer tools
• Administrative rigour
• Team spirit
• Sense of initiative
• Sensitivity to relational aspects

Your mission

• Close collaboration with the Head Nurse of the Department
• Practice according to the professional code of ethics and ethical principles for nursing care
• Take necessary measures to ensure the safety of residents and oneself
• Develop and use a systematic and scientific approach for each care situation, and be responsible for its application
• Ensure the management of learning and supervision, both school and field
• Evaluate the appropriate attitude to adopt between comfort and health promotion in our interventions with residents.
• Contribute to good communication between team members and other departments.
